(Guangzhou China – July, 2014) – Forgame Holdings Limited (HKEx: 00484) (“Forgame”or the “Company”), a leading cloud-based game developer and operator headquartered in China, today released its recent business updates as of June 30, 2014.
 
WEBGAME
Launch of “Three Kingdoms Legend”(乱舞江山)
In May 2014, Forgame launched a self-developed 3D ARPG webgame in cartoon style of Three Kingdoms theme “Three Kingdoms Legend”.
 
Launch of “Solitary Conquest”(独步天下)
In June 2014, Forgame launched its turn-based RPG webgame in Chinese Martial theme “Solitary Conquest” in China. “Solitary Conquest” is a 2D realistic webgame developed by Forgame’s famous game development studio “Fanren Studio”.
 
Testing of “Sword Lord of Shu”(蜀山剑神)
In June 2014, Forgame launched unlimited accounts testing for its turn-based RPG webgame in Chinese fantasy theme “Sword Lord of Shu” on Tencent platform.
 
MOBILE GAME
Publishing of Animoca games
In May 2014, Forgame licensed and published a tower defense mobile game “Thor: Lord of Storms” developed by Animoca in mainland China.
 
Exclusive Licensing of “War of Legions”
In June 2014, Forgame exclusively licensed and published mobile game “War of Legions” developed by ATEAM, a Japanese game developer. The game is launched in Taiwan and Hong Kong regions through overseas operating partners first and then will be launched in mainland China.
 
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY LICENSING
In April 2014, Forgame is authorized the use of intellectual property of cartoon “Boonie Bears”(熊出没). “Boonie Bears” is a popular children cartoon series developed by Huaqiang Digital Animation Limited.
 
AWARDS
In February 2014, Feiyin, a member of Forgame group was awarded “The outstanding cultural enterprise in Guangzhou” by Guangzhou Cultural and Creative Industry Association.
 
In April 2014, Feiyin, a member of Forgame group was awarded “Top 10 webgame developing company of 2013” by The Seventh China Webgames and Mobile Games Summit.
